Through interactive activations including a custom LEGO build, calligraphy station, capturing employees' "why," a recognition surfboard for a 10-year team member, branded photo experiences, curated food and beverage offerings, and a leadership panel reflecting on the company's journey, the event created authentic moments of connection and celebration.
